Important information for each regional conference, including costs, competitive event information, and deadlines, will be sent out in winter 2026.

Required Forms
Advisors or chaperones responsible for students attending a regional conference MUST have the following forms and bring them to registration when checking in for their school.

*The Regional President is part of the State Officer Team. Both the President and Adviser follow the Required Attendances for State Officers and Advisers as well as the required regional attendances.
