Happy New Year Kentucky FBLA!
A few very important announcements and upcoming deadlines to keep on your radar…
ACTION NEEDED: The national office has asked schools to convert quotes to invoices and pay those invoices as promptly as possible with conference season approaching. Please take a moment to double check your finances in FBLA Connect. Here’s some pointers:
If there is nothing red or green on the left side of the screen, that’s a quote.
Those students are not currently receiving membership benefits, not counting toward affiliation and will not be eligible for competition registration. You’ll need to convert quotes to invoices and then a payment method must be selected (check in mail, upload PO or pay now).
If you see red, it’s likely past due.
If it has a green clock icon, it’s pending, meaning payment has not yet been received. Double check that checks have been written and mailed, plus make sure they’ve gone to the correct address.
If you see a green check mark icon, you’re good.
